EQUIPMENT
RESOLUTION NO. 93 -97 -CC
ORDER DECLARING SURPLUS EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, on August 3, 1993, the Board of County Commissioners
conducted a hearing on its intention to dispose of County owned equipment declared
surplus, and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Board that a 1990 Buick Century, VIN
#3G4AH54NXLS616717, be declared surplus,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that no one objected to the
proposed surplus of said vehicle and that the order be granted declaring the vehicle
surplus.
