NOTICE OF HEARING ON
VACATION ON CERTAIN
COUNTY ROADS
RESOLUTION NO. 93 -96 -CC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County,
Washington, has determined that consideration should be given to vacating certain
portions of an unused County road described as follows:
That portion of County Road '10' SE between Sections 21
and 28, Township 17 North, Range 30 East W.M., Grant
County, Washington; the South 30 feet of Section 21,
Township 17 North, Range 30 East W.M. excluding the
East 327 feet thereof and the North 30 feet of Section 28,
Township 17 North, Range 30 East W.M. excluding the
East 327 feet thereof. Reserving therefore, an easement for
construction, repair, and maintenance of any existing
public utilities.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held in the
Office of the Board of County Commissioners, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata,
Washington at 10:30 A.M. on Tuesday, August 31, 1993 to consider evidence for or
objections against the vacation and abandonment of the above described county road.
