WHEREAS. on 4"'-' /l�- /� � . at 10:30 AY a public
hearing was held in Office of the Board of County Commissioners
concerning the declaration of certain County owned property as
surplus and has proposed the method of sale. and
WHEREAS. no one objected to the declaration of the property as
surplus now the sale by sealed bid.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED. that the order be granted for
the sale of the following described County owned property by sealed
bid to the highest bidder:
food and metal materials from dismantled
Gazebo
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT. sealed bids for the above
described property must be submitted to the Board of County
Commissioners prior to the time set to separate Board action for
public openings.
