IN THE MATTER OF RESOLUTION NO. 93 -105 -CC
VACATING CERTAIN
COUNTY ROADS ORDER VACATING
WHEREAS, the Board of Countv Commissioners of Grant County,
Washington, by Resolution No. 93 -96 -CC gave notice of their intent to vacate certain
road rights-of-way, better described as follows:
That portion of County Road 10' SE between Sections 21
and 28, Township 17 North, Range 30 East W.M., Grant
County, Washington; the South 30 feet of Section 21,
Township 17 North, Range 30 East W.M. excluding the
East 327 feet thereof and the North 30 feet of Section 28,
Township 17 North, Range 30 East W.M. excluding the
East 327 feet thereof. Reserving therefore, an easement for
construction, repair, and maintenance of any existing
public utilities.
WHEREAS, legal notice was published in the legal paper and was
posted on each end of the property to be vacated or as near as possible and;
WHEREAS, the County Road Engineer did give his report in favor of
this vacation, and;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the vacation of a portion of
County Road '10' SE described above be granted and removed from the County Road
System.
