PLANNING COMMISSION
RECOMMENDATION

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County have been
advised by the Grant County Planning Commission that a public hearing was conducted on
August 4, 1993 on the matter of changing the zoning from "AGR (Agriculture)" to "S-A
(Suburban -Agriculture)" in a portion of said Section 26, Township 20 North, Range 27 East,
W.M. and:
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have given notice this matter
would be considered at their regular meeting on September 7, , 1993.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have conditioned approval to
include a contribution by the developer to the County Road Fund in the amount
recommended by the Grant County Public Works Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant County, Washington by this Resolution, amend the Grant County
Comprehensive Plan and Official Zoning Map for Grant County to the effect that the
following described property shall henceforth be zoned as S-A (Suburban -Agriculture):
A portion of the Southeast one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter of Section 26,
Township 20 North, Range 27 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington, except the
West 650' (feet) thereof. Adjacent to the intersection of County Roads '7.8' and 'E'
N.E. in the McConihe Flats area.
