RESOLUTION ADOPTING
PLANNING COMMISSION
RECOMMENDATION

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County have been
advised by the Grant County Planning Commission that a public hearing was conducted on
July 7, 1993 on the matter of changing the zoning from "AGR (Agriculture)" to "S-A
(Suburban -Agriculture)" in a portion of said Section 27, Township 20 North, Range 27 East,
W.M. and:
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have given notice this matter
would be considered at their regular meeting on , 1993.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have conditioned approval of
said zone change to include an avigational easement on property being rezoned.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant County, Washington by this Resolution, amend the Grant County
Comprehensive Plan and Official Zoning Map for Grant County to the effect that the
following described property shall henceforth be zoned as S-A (Suburban -Agriculture):
The East one-half of the Southeast one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter of Section
27, Township 20 North, Range 27 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington also
known as the East one-half of Lot 34, Lake Vista Tracts in the McConihe Flats area.
