PLANNING COMMISSION
RECOMMENDATION

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County has been
advised by the Grant County Planning Commission that a public hearing was conducted on
September 1, 1993 on the matter of changing the zoning from "AGR (Agriculture)" to "S - A
(Agriculture - Suburban) in a portion of said Section 13, Township 19 North, Range 27 East,
W.M. and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having said
recommendation, has given notice this matter would be considered at their regular meeting
on September 28, 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant County, Washington, does hereby accept and adopt the
recommendation of the Grant County Planning Commission and does, by this Resolution,
amend the Grant County Comprehensive Plan and Official Zoning Map for Grant County to
the effect that the following described property shall henceforth be zoned as S - A
(Agriculture - Suburban):
A portion of the West one-half of the Northeast one-quarter of Section 13,
Township 19 North, Range 27 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington.
South of County Road '4' N.E. approximately 1/4 mile West of the
intersection of County Roads '4' and 'F' N.E. and consisting of approximately
