PLANNING COMMISSION
RECOMMENDATION

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County have been
advised by the Grant County Planning Commission that a public hearing was conducted on
August 4, 1993 on the matter of changing the zoning from "C -N (Neighborhood -
Commercial)" to "R-2 (Residential)" in a portion of said Section 3, Township 22 North,
Range 28 East, W.M. and ;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have given notice this matter
would be considered at their regular meeting on September 27 , 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant County, Washington by this Resolution, amend the Grant County
Comprehensive Plan and Official Zoning Map for Grant County to the effect that the
following described property shall henceforth be zoned as R-2 (Residential):
A portion of the South one-half of the Southeast one-quarter of Section 3, Township
22 North, Range 28 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington. Site consists of 4.2
acres.
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Grant County find:
1. The proposed development is compatible with surrounding uses of this area;
and
2. This is a revision back to the previous zoning.
