GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NUMBER 93 -137 -CC
A RESOLUTION authorizing an appropriation and expenditure of funds
for the following department/fund: CURRENT EXPENSE FUND X1001,
C:CITTRTHO ISR FA .T .T T .S DEPARTMENT X1112 , together with a budget there-
fore, pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought; to the attention of the Board
of County Commissioners of Grant: County that emergency conditions
require that an appropriation and expenditure of funds be auth-
orized for the above-mentioned department/fund, together with a
budget therefor; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.40.140, Resolution No. 93 -125 -CC
was duly adopted on October 18,1993 ,and published in the
C:_C._.TntrrnaI on 11/4/&11/11/93 declaring an
emergency and stating the facts constituting the emergency and
the estimated amount of funds required to meet; it, together with a
notice of public hearing, and said public hearing was held thereon
where interested persons were allowed to appear and be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BEI IT
RESOLVED
BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF GRANT
COUNTY,
STATE OF
WASHINGTON, that an appropriation
and expenditure
of :funds
is hereby
authorized for the following
department /fund:
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND
x'1001, COURTHOUSE FACILITIES DEPT. #112
in the total sum
of $
10,536
according to the attached
budget.
This resolution is in the best interests of good government
and shall take effect immediat:elyr �upon its passage.
