GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 93 -142 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to the abolition of an existing county
fund named Noxious Weed Control Board Fund #664. Department 44001
WHEREAS, the abolition of said fund may be accomplished
without a public hearing pursuant to state and county budget
laws;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the
following fund is hereby abolished: Noxious Weed Control
Board Fund X4664. Denr #M] and the Grant County Auditor
and Grant County Treasurer are hereby directed to reflect the
abolition of said fund in their respective office records.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the remaining positive/negative
balance of $ -(ALL)- in said fund be transferred to the
Noxious weed Control Fund 4127. Department dklAQ
Effective December 31,1993.
