RESOLUTION TO DECLAI2E SUItPLUS ItESOLUTION No. 17- -CC
CERTAIN GRANT COUNTY PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 5035 ROAD 13.9 SW,ROYAL
CITY,WA AND CONSIDER TIIE SALE
THEREOr
WHEREAS, Grant County owns approximately 21.52-acres of miiumally developed property
located at the 5035 Road 13.9 SW,Royal City WA, Parcel No. 16-0083-002, located at the southwest
corner of Road 13.9 SW and Road E SW in Royal City,WA; and
WHEREAS, Grant County has determined that this parcel is no longer needed; and
W�I�REAS,RCW's 36.34.010 and 39.33.020 gives the authorization to surplus County
property; and
WHEREAS, Grant County held a public hearing on August 22, 2017 at 2:00 P.M.to
hear public testimony either for or against the proposal.
NOW,THEREI'ORE,BE IT HEREBY R�SOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare surplus the above named property located at 5035 Road 13.9 SW,Royal
City WA and will consider the snle thereof.
