RESOLUTION NO. 93 -156 -CC
R13SOLUTION ADOPTING PLANNING
COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners Lor Grant
County has been advised t.hat a public hearing was conducted on
November 3, 1993 on the matter of changing the zoning from
"S-2 (Suburban)" and "Agriculture" to "ft -2 (Res,ident iia l ) " and;
WHEREAS, a recommendat ion wlTls fore-.arded t o t ho Board
of: County Commissioners for approval of the zone in "P-2
(Residential)" and;
WHEREAS, the hoard of County Commissioners, having
said recommendation, has given notice this matter would be
considered at their regu)ar meat ing on December 13, 1993
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant County does hereby accept and .adopt the
recommendation of the Grant County Planning Commission and dors,
by this Resolution, amend the grant Cc:lunt y Comprehensive t'l an sand
the Official zoning Map for Grant County to the effect that the
following described property shall hencofort h be zoned as "R-2
(Residential)"
