NOTICE OF HEARING ON
VACATION ON CERTAIN
COUNTY ROADS
RESOLUTION NO. 93 -165 -cc
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County,
Washington, has received a petition to vacate and determined that consideration
should be given to vacating certain portions of an unused County road described as
follows:
That portion of Grant County Road 'V' NW lying north of
the Baird Springs Road and continuing in a northerly
direction approximately 0.90 miles to the end of the county
road.
WHEREAS, the County Engineer has been directed to prepare a report
on the vacation and abandonment,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held in the
Office of the Board of County Commissioners, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata,
Washington at 10:30 A.M. on Tuesday, January 18, 1994, upon the report of the
County Engineer, together with any evidence for or objections against such vacation
or abandonment.
