IN THE MATTER OF
VACATING A PORTION OF
CERTAIN COUNTY ROAD
RIGHT--O&W AY
RESOLUTION NO. 94-23—CC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County,
Washington, were petitioned to vacate certain portions of a County road described as
follows:
That portion of Grant Country Road 'V' NW beginning at
its' intersection with the Baird Springs Road and
continuing in a Northerly direction approxitltately 0.90
miles to the end of the County road. Said road lying
predominantly in Sections 29 and 32, Township 21 North,
Range 23 E.11V.M.
WHEREAS, legal notice was published in the legal paper and was
posted on each end of the property to be vacated or as near as possible; and,
WHEREAS, the County Road Engineer did give his report in favor of
this vacation; and,
WHEREAS, the road is of no benefit to the County or to the people of
Grant County;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the portion of County Road
'V' NW, as described above, be hereby vacated and abandoned as a County road.
