RESOLUTION NO. 44-17-r.r RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION Edwin L. Johnson WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County have been advised by the Grant County Planning Commission that a public hearing was conducted on February 2, 1994 on the matter of changing the zoning from "AGR (Agriculture)" to "S-2 (Suburban)" in a portion of said Section 2, Township 21 North, Range 26 East, W.M. and ; WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having said recommendation, has given notice this matter would be considered at their regular meeting On March 1 . 1994. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners for Grant County, Washington by this Resolution, amend the Grant County Comprehensive Plan and Official Zoning Map for Grant County to the effect that the following described property shall henceforth be zoned as S-2 (Suburban): A portion of the West one-half of the Northeast one-quarter of Section 2, Township 21 North, Range 26 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington on Highway 28 approximately 2 miles North of the City of Ephrata. Site size being 34.6 acres WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Grant County find: 1. Similar uses in this area. 2. Proponent must meet all requirements as set by local agencies with jurisdiction.
