A RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC }
HEARING ON PROPOSED AMENDMENT }
TO GRANT COUNTY JUSTICE COURT }
DISTRICTING PLAN )
RESOLUTION NO. 94 -33 -CC
WHEREAS, the Town of Coulee City has petitioned Grant County for the
Grant County for the Grant County Districting Court plan to be amended to
include the Town of Coulee City and to establish a municipal department of the
Town of Coulee City within the Districting Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Districting Court Committee met on the 10th
day of March, 1994, to consider the petition of the Town of Coulee City and at said
meeting the Districting Court Committee approved the plan to amend the District
Court Plan to incorporate the petition of the Town of Coulee City for establishing
a municipal court, pursuant to Chapter 3.46 RCW, as part of the Grant County
District Court; that a judge will set one or two sessions per month, as needed and
the Town of Coulee City's costs will be the hourly wage of a judge and traveling
costs unless the sessions are set on the same day as the judge travels to Grand
Coulee, and that the Town of Coulee City will furnish a clerk; and
WHEREAS, the law requires a public hearing to be held on said
recommendation of the Districting Court Committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that a public hearing,
pursuant to RCW 36.22.120(7), be held at the Commissioners' Room, Grant County
Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington, on the 29th day of March, 1994, at 11:00 a. m.
