RESOLUTION NO. 94-39—CC
WHEREAS WILLIAM MURRAY, M.Ed qualifies as a Designated Mental Health
Profesional as'defined by WAC 275-56-015 (36) and RCW 71.05 and is
employed by Grant County Mental Health and Family Service Center;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Grant County Commissioners
that William Murray, M.Ed. be designated to provide the services of a
County Designated Mental Health Professional as defiend in RCW 71.05,
effective this 15th day of March, 1994
