THERETO THE TOWN OF COULEE CITY )
RESOLUTION NO. 94- 46 -CC
WHEREAS,, the Town of Coulee City has petitioned Grant County for the
inclusion of Coulee City within the Districting Court Plan; . and
WHEREAS, the.Grant County Districting Court Committee recommended to
the Grant County Commissioners that the present Grant County District Court
Plan be amended as follows
To incorporate the petition of Coulee City for
establishing -a municipal court, 'pursuant to Chapter
3.46 RCW as a part of the Grant County. District Court;
that a judge .will sit one or two sessions per month as
needed, and that the Town of, Coulee City costs will be
the hourly wage of a judge, and traveling costs unless
the sessions are set on the same day as the judge
travels to Grand Coulee, and that the Town of Coulee
City will furnish a clerk;
and WHEREAS, after due notice, a public hearing was held on the 29th, day of
March, 1994, to' consider the amendment to the District Court Plan as proposed by
the Grant County Districting Court Committee; and
WHEREAS, at said"hearing there was no opposition to said plan; and
WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of County Commissioners that the
amendment, as proposed, is conducive to the best interests and welfare of the
County as provided by law, Now, Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT
COUNTY, WASHINGTON, that, pursuant to RCW 3.38.040 and 3.46.040, the Grant
County District Court Plan adopted on the 26th day of January, 1972, is hereby
amended as follows:
To incorporate the petition of Town of Coulee City for
establishing a municipal court as a part of the Grant
County District Court; that a judge will sit one or two
sessions per month as needed, that the Town of Coulee

IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of the implementation of
this amendment is March 29, 1994.
