GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
IN THE MATTER OF
UNREDEEMED WARRANTS
RESOLUTION NUMBER 94- 45 -CC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, State of
Washington has been informed by the County Auditor that certain warrants were
drawn but have been unredeemed for a least one year after the date of their issue;
and a list of said warrants are attached, and
WHEREAS, under authority of RCW 36.22.100 the: Board of County
Commissioners has the power to cancel said warrants;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the County Auditor and
County Treasurer are hereby ordered to cancel said attached warrants from their
respective books.
DONE THIS 29TH DAY OF MARCH, 1994
