NOTICE OF HEARING IN THE
MATTER OF DECLARING COUNTY
EQUIPMENT SURPLUS
RESOLUTION- NUMBER 94— 44 —CC
WHEREAS, on April 12 ,1994, the Board of County Commissioners will conduct a
hearing on its intention to dispose of County owned equipment declared surplus, and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Board to self at public auction to the highest
bidder for cash the following described equipment:
A 1980 Chevrolet C-70 Truck with a 16 foot Cube Van/with Refer. unit. Vehicle
License #C-62619, Vehicle ID# C1 7DBAV1 15497, Gross Wt. 223160
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held in
the County Commissioners Hearing Room, at the Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata,WA.
at 10:00 a.m., and anyone either for or against this proposed auction sale may appear
and be heard.
