GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 94 -47 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to a supplemental extention in.,the
1994 budget of Grang Adminj txation
Flinn 4L19Q. Department 44001 from unanticipated state and/or
federal funds.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
of Grant County Commissioners that unanticipated state and/or
federal funds have been made available for the 1994 budget
Of Grants Administration Fund #190. Department 44001
in the total amount of $ 188,662 ; and
WHEREAS, RCW 36.40.100 authorizes supplemental appropriations
from unanticipated state and/or federal funds after publication of
notice of the time and date of the meeting at which the supplemental
appropriation resolution will be adopted, and the amount.of the
appropriation, once each week, for two consecutive weeks prior to
such meeting in the official newspaper of the county: and
WHEREAS, publication of the requisite legal notice was made
in the Grant Countv Journal newspaper of Grant County on
1/74&1/11/q4 and said public meeting was held in the
Grant County Commissioners' Office, Grant County Courthouse,
Ephrata, Washington;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the
1994 ' budget of Grants Administration Fund #190,
Department 4001 is hereby supplemented and extended
in the total sum of $ 188.662 from unanticipated
state and/or federal funds in the following categories and items:
MISCELLANEOUS 559.20.49.00 $185,662.00
OPER.TRANSFERS-OUT 597.00.00.00 3,000.00
$198,662.00
FINANCING SOURCE -Federal Indirect Block Grant
