IN THE MATTER OF DECLARING
COUNTY EQUIPMENT SURPLUS
RESOLUTION NO. 94- 50 -CC
WHEREAS, on April 12,1994, the Board of County Commissioners conducted a
hearing on its intention to dispose of County owned equipment declared surplus, and
WHEREAS, the following described equipment will be offered for sale:
A 1980 Chevrolet C-70 Truck with a 16 foot Cube Van/with Refer. unit. Vehicle
license #C-62619, Vehicle ID# C17DBAV115497, Gross Wt. 23160
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that no one objected to the proposed list
of equipment and that the order be granted declaring the above described equipment
surplus.
