RESOLUTION NO. 94 -68 -CC
RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANNING
COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County has been advised by the Grant County Planning Comm-
ission that a public hearing was conducted on May 4, 1994
on the matter of zoning "R-2 (Residential)" a portion of
Section 14, Township 19 N., Range 28 E.W.M., and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having said
recommendation, has given notice this matter would be considered
at their regular meeting on
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of
County Commissioners for Grant County, Washington, does hereby
accept and adopt the recommendation of the Grant County
Planning Commission and does by this Resolution, amend the
Grant County Comprehensive Plan and the Official Zoning Map for
Grant County to the effect that the following described
property shall hanceforth be zoned as "R-2 (Residential)"

A portion of the Northwest quarter (N.W. 1/4)
of Section 14, Township 19 N., Range 28 E.W.M.
lying North of SR 17 and containing approximately
63 acres.
