IN THE MATTER OF DECLARING
SURPLUS CERTAIN G12ANT COUNTY
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5035 ROAD 13.9
SW,ROYAL CITY,WA AND CONSIDER
THE SALE THEREOF
WHEI2EAS, Grant County owns approximately 21.52-acres of minimally developed property
located at the 5035 Road 13.9 SW, Royal City WA,Parcel No. 16-0083-002, located at the southwest
corner of Road 13.9 SW and Road E SW in Royal City,WA; and
WHEREAS, Grant County has determined that this parcel is no longer needed; and
WI3EREAS, RCW's 36.34.010 and 39.33.020 gives the authorization to surplus County
property; and
NOW, THEREI+ORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that a public hearing be held in the Hearing Room '�
of the Board of County Commissioners at the Grant County Courthouse,Ephrata,Washington at 2:00
P.M. on August 22, 2017 and anyone either for or against the proposed actions may appear and be heard.
