RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANNING
COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION

Council
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of
Grant County has been advised by the Grant County Planning
Commission that a public hearing was conducted on June 1, 1994
on the matter of changing the zone from "A (Agriculture)" to
"C -G (General Commercial)" and;
WHEREAS, THE Board of County Commissioners, having said
recommendation, has given notice this matter would be considered
at their regular meeting on
, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant County does hereby accept and adopt the
recommendation of the Grant County Planning Commission and does,
by this Resolution, amend the Grant County Comprehensive Plan
and the Official Zoning Map for Grant County to the effect that
the following described property shall be zoned as "C -G (General
Commercial)":
A portion of the north half of said
Section 2, Township 14 N., Range 23 E.W.M.
near Mattawa Said area containing 2.75 acres.
