GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NUMBER 94-94 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to the transfer of funds within the 1994 budget of the Law
and Justice Fund #121, Department #163.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board of Grant County
Commissioners that it is necessary to transfer funds in the current budget of the
above named County Department in the amounts and accounts enumerated below;
and
WHEREAS, there is no expenditure of funds not previously budgeted but a
transfer pursuant to R.C.W. 36.40.100 and County and State auditing procedures;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the
following transfers within the current budget are hereby made:
1994 BUDGET OF LAW AND JUSTICE FUND #121, DEPARTMENT #163
FROM AMOUNT TO
Account Number 508, $ 175,000.00, Account No. 117-594.27.62.10
TO TRANSFER APPROPRIATIONS FROM ENDING UNRESERVED FUND BALANCE
TO THE JUVENILE DEPARTMENT PROJECT #117 FOR THE PHASE I REMODEL.
This resolution is in the best interest of good government and shall take effect
immediately upon its passage.

RESOLUTION NUMBER 94 -95 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to the facts requiring an appropriation
and expenditure of funds :for the :following department/fund:
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND #001, JUVENILE DEPARTMENT #117
together with a budget therefor; declaring an emergency; and
setting a public hearing date; all pursuant to RCW 36.40.1.40.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
of County Commissioners of Grant County that an appropriation
and expenditure of funds should be authorized for the above-
mentioned department/fund, together with a budget therefor, in
the estimated amount .of $ 25,000 ' ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure of such funds was not included in the
current budget of Grant County, however, emergent conditions
now require that such funds be expended; and
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that the
expenditure of such funds could not have been reasonably foreseen
at the time of making said county budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the afore-
mentioned facts constitute an emergency and that an appropriation
and expenditure of funds should be authorized for the following
department/fund: CURRENT EXPENSE FUND #001, JUVENILE DEPARTMENT #117 ,
together with a budget therefor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of a public hearing upon
such expenditure shall be given, said hearing to be held on
August 16,1994 in the Grant County Commissioners' Office,
Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington, at the hour of
1:00 P.M.
