Week of September 6,1994
The Grant County Commissioners session was called to order at 9:00 a.m. with
all of the Commissioners in attendance.
The Commissioners read and approved the minutes of the preceding session as
written.
The Commissioners met with the Public Works Director regarding damage claim,
Goodrich Road -Curb request, Personnel, H NW, K NW, RAP submittal.
The Commissioners signed a contract with Central Washington Asphalt regarding
Dodson Road project.
Chairman Fancher was authorized to sign an amendment to the consultant
services contract between Grant County and RAM Communications Consultants, Inc.
The Commissioners signed a proclamation regarding the Adolescent Pregnancy
Prevention Task Force, proclaiming the month of October as "Let's Talk" month.
The Commissioners received a Summons and Complaint from Pacificorp. The
matter was referred to the Prosecuting Attorney for handling.
The Commissioners received a Summons and Complaint from the estate of
Richard L. Johnston. The matter was referred to the Prosecuting Attorney for handling.
The Commissioners signed the payroll warrants list #64997 through #65514 for
the month of August.
As of this date the Board by a majority vote does approve for payment those
vouchers included in the list filed in., the Auditors Office 8/31/94 in the total amount of
$124,370.40.
As of this date the Board by a majority votes does approve for payment those
vouchers included in the list filed in the Auditors Office 9/6/94 in the total amount of
$243,278.84.
As there was no further business to come before the Board the meeting was
continued until September 8,1994.

The session was continued at 1:30 p.m. with all of the Commissioners in
attendance.
The Commissioners signed the Authorization to Call for Bids on September
27,1994 at 2:30 p.m. regarding the expansion and renovation to the existing Grant
County Youth Service Center.
Chairman Faucher was authorized to sign an Agreement with the State of
Washington, Traffic Safety Commission.
As there was no further business the session was adjourned until September
12,1994.
