Resolution No. 94 -100 -CC
WHEREAS SERGIO MASCARENAS, MSW, is no longer an employee of Grant County
Mental Health and Family Service Center;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Grant County Commissioners that
the above named employee is no longer designated to provide the services of
a Designated Mental Health Professional in accordance with WAC 275-55-020 (33)b,
and RCW 71.05, effective October 1, 1994.
