PORTION OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP
14 NORTH, RANGE 23 EAST, W.M..

RESOLUTION APPROVING
PRELIMINARY PLAT OF
COPELAND' S PLAT
ARTHUR J. COPELAND
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County have been
advised by the Grant County Planning Commission that a public hearing was conducted on June
1, 1994 on the matter of approving the Preliminary Plat of Copeland's Plat in a portion of said
Section 2, Township 14 North, Range 23 East, W.M. and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have given notice this matter
would be considered at their regular meeting on June 27, 1994.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have upheld the Finding of Fact
of the Grant County Planning Commission stating this plat proposal is in compliance with the
County zoning ordinance based on the recommendations of the Grant County Health District and
the Grant County Public Works Department.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the Preliminary
Plat is in compliance with the present zoning on the property.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the proponent
shall be required to work with the Town of Mattawa on development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant County, Washington by this Resolution, approve the Preliminary Plat
and application on the property described below:
A portion of the North one-half of the Northwest one-quarter of Section 2, Township 14
North, Range 23 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington. Site consists of 27.93 acres.
