IN THE MATTER OF
ESTABLISHING A
CERTAIN COUNTY RESOLUTION NO. 94 -115 -CC
ROAD NAMED
'H' NW ROAD ORDER ESTABLISHING GRANT COUNTY ROADS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County,
Washington, at a meeting held on September 20, 1994 did approve a resolution
declaring the Board's intention to establish as a Grant County road; and
WHEREAS, the County Road Engineer did give his report and did
recommend the establishment of the road; and
WHEREAS, said notice of intent was both published and posted in
accordance with the law; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held in accordance with said
resolution Tuesday, October 11, 1994 at 10:30 A.M., and at which time no one
appeared in opposition to this establishment;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following described
road be declared established:
Beginning at the intersection of Martin Road; thence
bearing due North along the section line to South right
of way line of USBR canal and terminating.
