The Grant County Commissioners session began at 8:30 a.m. with Commissioners Stevens and Taylor in �

A motion was made by Commissioner Taylor, seconded by Commissioner Stevens,to approve items 2, I

motion passed with 2 commissioners in attendance.

2. Washington State Military Department Public Assistance Grant Agreement No. D17-164 with '
Grant County,through its Central Services department. Funding is through the Washington �
State Military Department and the Federal Emergency Management Agency(FEMA), Funding �

The Commissioners approved a Recommendation Memorandum to move the effective date of
the bargained wage increases (as requested by the Chief Accountant)with a 7/1/17 effective
date, forward by two days to 6/29/17 (the beginning of the pay period)for ease of processing.
The Commissioners approved the position, salary and/or wages changes for William Alan White,
Prosecuting Attorney's Office; Stephen Kozer, Public Defense; and Angie I<arlsson and Maricella
Salazar, Grant Integrated Services.
The Commissioners approved a Position Management Approval (PMA)to increase a Legal and
Community Advocate position at New Hope by+1. Funding source is VOCA.
