All of the Commissioners were in attendance with the Clerk of the Board. Chairman Fancher was authorized to sign the contract amendment with Walsh & Associates. The session was continued at 9:00 a.m. with all of the Commissioners in attendance with the Clerk of the Board. A motion was made by Commissioner Fancher, seconded by Commissioner Allison that the Stevens/Stratford hearing be continued to November 22,1994 at 9:00 a.m. The motion carried. The Commissioners met with the Public Works Director regarding Pit Site Agreement, CDL testing, Household Hazardous Waste -Collection Event, Disposal Fees, Non -Replacement Vehicles, Road Issues -'11' NE and Airway Drive. The Commissioners signed the Public Works Claims Fund Voucher Approval #10- 1 through 10-176 in the total amount of $1,059,893.32. A motion was made by Commissioner Allison, seconded by Commissioner Fancher that Resolution Number 94 -126 -CC in the matter of revising the Grant County Solid Waste Management Fund Disposal Fee Schedule be passed. The motion carried. The Commissioners signed a Lease Agreement for a Pit Site, Stockpile Site on land owned by Raymond and Loretta Mayer. A motion was made by Commissioner Allison, seconded by Commissioner Fancher that Resolution Number 94 -127 -CC in the matter of changing the zoning from Agriculture to S-A in a portion of S8,T20 N.,Range 29 E.W.M. requested by Verlyn and Bonnie Cole be passed. The motion carried. As of this date the Board by a majority vote does approve for payment those vouchers included in the list filed in the Auditors Office 11/14/94 in the total amount of $276,936.03. All of the Commissioners were in attendance with the Clerk of the Board. Chairman Fancher was authorized to sign the contract amendment with Walsh & Associates. A motion was made by Commissioner Allison, seconded by Commissioner Fancher that Commissioner Snead be appointed the chairman of the Commission. The motion carried. The Commissioners approved the salary increase of Scott Meyers of the Sheriffs Office, Corrections Department to $1719 per month. Chairman Snead was authorized to sign the Inter -Local Agreement for Building Inspection Service between the City of Quincy and Grant County. As there was no further business the session was continued until November 15,1994. November 15,1994 The session was continued at 9:00 a.m. with all of the Commissioners in attendance with the Clerk of the Board. A motion was made by Commissioner Fancher, seconded by Commissioner Allison that the Stevens/ Stratford hearing be continued to November 22,1994 at 9:00 a.m. The motion carried.
