RESOLUTION NUMBER 94-140 -CC
REVISING ASSESSMENT RATE FOR
HILLCREST LIGHTING DISTRICT
FOR 1995 FROM $14.00 PER PARCEL
TO $12.00 PER PARCEL
WHEREAS, Resolution 93 -9 -CC approved the formation of the Hillcrest Lighting
District, and
WHEREAS, the Order set forth that the amount of the annual assessment for the
LID was to be determined by Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, and
WHEREAS, Grant County PUD has determined that there is a larger than
anticipated carryover going into 1995, the assessment can be decreased to $12.00 per
parcel
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that pursuant to the information
received from Grant County PUD the Board certifies to the Grant County Treasurer a
decrease in the assessment rate to $$12.00 per parcel, and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Treasurer use these figures for the
assessment rate in all future assessment rolls for the Hillcrest Lighting District, until
further order of the Board.

RE: 1995 ASSESSMENTS FOR HILLCREST LIGHTING DISTRICTS
I have received from Tom Sinnard of the Grant County PUD the
estimated costs for 1995 that need to be paid and assessed on the
properties with the boundaries of the Hillcrest Lighting District
93-1 in 1995. Resolution 93 -9 -CC approved the formation of the
district. The resolution stated that no new assessment will be
prepared unless there is an increase or decrease in the annual
anticipated lighting costs submitted by the Grant County PUD.
Last years was set at ($14.00) per parcel for 1994. Since there
is a larger than anticipated carryover going into 1995, we will
be able to decrease the assessment to ($12.00) per parcel for
1995 which also includes the county's administration fee. The
administration fee will be still $1.00 per parcel for 1995.
Please start the hearing process to change the assessment rate
for 1995.
