CALL FOR BIDS ON INTENTION TO LEASE COUNTY PROPERTY
NOTICE 1S HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of County Commissioners of
Grant County, Washington will receive sealed bids for the leasing of County
property located at 664 South Juniper Ridge, Moses Lake, Washington, as per plat
of Grant County Homes, filed in book 10, page 1 of plats, Grant County, together
with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto.
Bids must be sealed and endorsed on the outside of the envelope with the
words, "BIDS FOR LEASE OF COUNTY PROPERTY LOCATED AT 664 SOUTH
JUNIPER RIDGE, and must be filed with the clerk of the Board of Commissioners
on or before December 27,1994 at 2:00 p.m. at which time all bids received will be
opened and read aloud.
