RESOLUTION NO. 94 -148 -CC
WHEREAS CHRISTINE ROJAS, M.S. is no longer an employee of Grant County
Mental Health and Family Service Center;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Grant County Commissioners that
the above named employee is no longer designated to provide the services of
a Designated Mental Health Professional in accordance with WAC 275-57-(25)(d)
and RCW 71.05, effective December 30, 1994,
