IN THE MATTER OF TEMPORARILY CLOSING
CERTAIN COUNTY ROADS
Resolution No. 94 -156 -CC
WHEREAS, Section 36.32.120 of the Revised Code of Washington permits the Board of
County Commissioners to lay out, discontinue , or alter county roads and highways within their
jurisdiction, and do all other necessary acts relating thereto according to law, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that temporarily closing
a portion of certain county roads is in the best interest of Grant County,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that certain county roads be temporarily closed
in accordance with the following list:
