GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 94 -154 -CC
A USOLUTION relating to a supplemental extention in -the
1994 budget of Airnhn1 ;igfi Qrikg Abuse Fund #115,
Department #157 from unanticipated state and/or
federal funds.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
of Grant County Commissioners that unanticipated state and/or
federal funds have been made available for the lgg4 budget
of___tbe Alcohnl & Drug Abuse Fund 4b 1,15. neqjr?nt lt157
in the total amount of $ 2.755.00 ; and
WHEREAS, RCW 36.40.100 authorizes supplemental appropriations
from unanticipated state and/or federal funds after publication of
notice of the time and date of the meeting at which the supplemental
appropriation resolution will be adopted, and the amount of the
appropriation, once each week, for two consecutive weeks prior to
such meeting in the official newspaper of the county: and
WHEREAS, publication of the requisite legal notice was made
in the Grant County Journal, newspaper of Grant County on
12/15&x.2/22/94 and said public meeting was held in the
Grant County Commissioners' Office, Grant County Courthouse,
Ephrata, Washington;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the
1994 budget of the Alcohol & Drug Abuse Fund #115.
nPPart-gPnt #157 is hereby supplemented and extended
in the total sum of $ 2.755.00 from unanticipated
state and/or federal funds in the following categories and items:
Travel 268.566.81.43.00 $ 160.00
Miscellaneous 268.566.81.49.00 2,595.00
$2,755.00
Indirect Fed.Grant 268.333.84.00.00 $2,155.00
