Week of January 3,1995
The Grant County Commissioners session was called to order by Chairman Tim
Snead. All of the Commissioners were in attendance with the Clerk of the Board.
The Commissioners read and approved the minutes of the preceding session as
written.
The Commissioners approved the request by Sharon Kiehn to carry over 11 hours
of annual leave until February 15,1995.
The Commissioners approved the request. by the County Coroner for a Chief
Deputy Coroner funded by Law and Justice Funds.
The Commissioners met with the Public Works Director regarding Bid
Authorization -Bridge #122 and #246, Bridge Timber purchase request -Don Elshoff.
The Commissioners signed the Authorization to Call for Bids on Bridge #122 and
#246. Bid opening to be January 24,1995 at 10:00 a.m.
The Commissioners signed the Payroll Warrants list #68168 through #68648
for the Month of December.
As of this date the Board by a majority vote does approve for payment those
vouchers included in the list filed in the Auditors Office 12/30/94 in the total amount of
$129,297.44.
As of this date the Board by a majority vote does approve for payment those
voucher included in the list filed in the Auditors Office 1/3/95 in the total amount of
$-6,987.39.
A motion was made by Commissioner Fancher, seconded by Commissioner
Allison that Resolution Number 95 -1 -CC approving the lease of Grant County land
located at 664 South Juniper Ridge be passed. The motion carried.
The Commissioners met with a group from the irrigation district regarding matters
of mutual concern.
As there was no further business to come before the Board the meeting was
adjourned until January 9,1995.
