Resolution No. 95 -9 -CC
WHEREAS RICARDO GAMEZ, B.A. qualifies as a Designated Mental Health Professional
(upon waiver approval from the Division of Mental Health) as defined by WAC
275-55-020 (33)b, and RCW 71.05, and is employed by Grant County Mental
Health and Family Service Center;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Grant County Commissioners that
Ricardo Gamez, B.A. be designated to provide the services of a County
Designated Mental Health Professional as defined in WAC 275-55-020 (33)b,
and RCw 71.05, effective February 1, 1995.
