BOX 37 EPHRATA, WASHINGTON 98623 BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON IN THE MATTER OF CHANGING THE ZONING FROM AGRICULTURE TO SUBURBAN -2 IN A PORTION OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 26 EAST, W.M.. RESOLUTION NO. 95 -63 -CC RESOLUTION ADOPTING AMENDMENT TO THE COMPRE- HENSIVE PLAN OF GRANT COUNTY DONALD F. BEAN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County have been advised by the Grant County Planning Commission that a public hearing was conducted on April 5, 1995 on the matter of changing the zoning from Agriculture to Suburban -2 in a portion of said Section 2, Township 21 North, Range 26 East, W.M. and; WHEREAS, the Grant County Planning Commission made a motion for approval of the zone change; and, WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have given notice this matter would be considered at a Public Hearing on May 22, 1995 due to a lack of sufficient information. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners for Grant County, Washington accept by this Resolution, an amendment to the Grant County Comprehensive Plan and Official Zoning Map for Grant County to the effect that the following described property shall henceforth be zoned as Suburban -2: The North one-half of the East one-half of the Northwest one-quarter of the Northwest one-quarter of the Southwest one-quarter in Section 2, Township 21 North, Range 26 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Grant County find: 1. Contiguous to land already zoned Suburban -2; and 2. Lot sizes presently in this area are consistent with a Suburban -2 zoning. 3. Proof of legal access to property must be shown in writing prior to any development permits being issued.
