IN THE MATTER OF APPROVING I RESOLUTION NO. 95 -70 -CC
A PLAT ALTERATION APPLICATION
FOR 2 LOTS ON 4.04 ACRES IN A RESOLUTION APPROVING
PORTION OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP I PLAT ALTERATION FOR
19 NORTH, RANGE 24 EAST, W.M..

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County have been
advised by the Grant County Planning Commission that a public hearing was conducted on May
3, 1995 on the matter of approving a Plat Alteration of Lot 9, White Trail Tracts First Addition in
a portion of said Section 6, Township 19 North, Range 24 East, W.M. and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have given notice this matter
would be considered at their regular meeting on May 23, 1995.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have upheld the Finding of Fact
of the Grant County Planning Commission stating the division of the lot creates two lots that are
still in compliance with the existing zoning on the parcel and the lot sizes are consistent with the
surrounding lot sizes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant County, Washington by this Resolution, approve the Plat Alteration on
the property described below:
Lot 9, White Trail Tracts, First Addition in a portion of Section 6, Township 19 North,
Range 24 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington. Site consists of 4.04 acres.
