AND MERCHANDISE AUCTION
SALE
RESOLUTION NO. 95 -76 -CC
ORDER GRANTING SALE
WHEREAS, on Tuesday, June 13,1995 at 10:30 A.M., a public hearing -was held in
the Office of the Board of County Commissioners concerning a County wide surplus equipment
auction sale pursuant to Resolution No. 95 -65 -CC and no one objected to this proposed auction
sale, and
this sale, and
WHEREAS, all County agencies have been notified and invited to participate in
WHEREAS, the Surplus Equipment Auction Sale Committee called for and
received competitive bids to provide auction services and awarded said bid to Northwest
Auction Companv,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the order be granted for this surplus
equipment and merchandise auction sale to be held Saturday, July 22,1995 at 9:00 A.M. at the
Grant County Fairgrounds, Moses Lake, Washington,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Auctioneer for Northwest Auction
Companv be appointed Deputy County Treasurer for the duration of said sale and for the
express purpose of receiving funds from said sale on behalf of Grant County and other entities
and depositing said funds with the County Treasurer for subsequent disbursement to the
participating agencies.
