IN THE MATTER OF APPROVING RESOLUTION NO. 9 5-9 2-rr.
A PLAT ALTERATION APPLICATION
FOR 4 LOTS ON 5.0 ACRES IN A RESOLUTION APPROVING
PORTION OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP PLAT ALTERATION FOR
19 NORTH, RANGE 28 EAST, W.M.. RAMONA HANEY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County have been
advised by the Grant County Planning Commission that a public hearing was conducted on June
7, 1995 on the matter of approving a Plat Alteration of the West half of Tract 48, Park Orchard
Tracts in a portion of Section 11, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, W.M. and ;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have given notice this matter
would be considered at their regular meeting on July 10,1995
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have conditioned approval of
the Plat Alteration on the following conditions:
1. The right-of-way for the proposed access road shall be extended to the North
boundary line of the plat for future road purposes..
2. 100 foot radius sanitary control zones around water sources shown on final plat.
3. Septic systems shall be designed so that connections can be made when municipal
services are extended to this area. This requirement shall be shown on the face of
the plat.
4. 50 foot fire protection building separation.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have upheld the Finding of Fact
of the Grant County Planning Commission stating the plat alteration complies with the existing
zoning requirements of the present zoning district and the proposal is consistent with the existing
use fo the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant County, Washington by this Resolution, approve the Plat Alteration on
the property described below:
The West half of Tract 48, Park Orchard Tracts in a portion of Section 11, Township 19
North, Range 28 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington. Site consists of 5.0 acres.
