WHEREAS, Grant County Building Department has a photocopier that is being replaced with a �
newer model; and �

WHEREAS, it has been determined that this copier(#1175, Sharp MX-4501N,Asset# 102837) ;'
is now obsolete,broken, and/or no longer of use to Grant County; and �
WHEREAS,this department is now requesting that the Grant County Board of Commissioners !
declare surplus this copier; and �

WHEREAS, it is their intent to dispose of this item through the recycle program at Business �
Interiors. j
i
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County '
Commissioners declare as surplus this photocopier.

Re: Surplus Copier �—
The copier identified as #1175/MX-4501N with a Grant County Asset# 102837 which belonged
to the Building/Fire Marshal Office has been replaced. This Memo is to seek the BOCC approval
in surplusing the old copier to Business Interiors fox their disposal.
The old copier was removed from the premise at the time the new copier was installed. The
installation and removal were both done by Business Interiors.
