BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
IN THE MATTER OF: RESOLUTION# 95 -124 -CC
UNREDEEMED JURY FUND CHECKS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, State of
Washington has been informed by the County Clerk that certain checks were drawn but
have been unredeemed for at least 1 year after the date of their issue; and a list of said
checks are attached, and
WHEREAS, under authority of RCW 36.22.100 the Board of County
Commissioners has the power to cancel said checks;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the County Clerk
hereby ordered to cancel said checks from their respective books.
