THE ZONING FROM SUBURBAN
AGRICULTURE TO SUBURBAN -1
IN A PORTION OF SECTION 6,
TOWNSHIP 19 N., RANGE 28 E., W.M.
RESOLUTION NO. 95 -143 -CC
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE
COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County has been
advised by the Grant County Planning Commission that a public hearing was conducted on
August 2, 1995 on the matter of changing the zoning from SUBURBAN/AGRICULTURE to
SUBURBAN -1 in a portion of said Section 6, Township 19 North, Range 28 East W.M. and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having said recommendation,
has given notice this matter would be considered at their regular meeting on September 11, 1995.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have upheld the findings of the
Planning Commission that the proposal is consistent with adjacent zoning in the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant County, Washington, does, by this Resolution, amend the Grant County
Comprehensive Plan and Official Zoning Map for Grant County to the effect that the following
described property shall henceforth be zoned as SUBURBAN -1:
Lot 6, Kopp's Golden Acres less the Replat of Lot 6, Kopp's Golden Acres in a
portion of Section 6, Township 19 North, Range 28 East W.M., Grant County,
Washington, containing approximately 9.03 acres.
