FOR 2 LOTS ON 3.05 ACRES IN A
RESOLUTION APPROVING
PORTION OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP
PLAT ALTERATION FOR
19 NORTH, RANGE 28 EAST, W.M..
NORM STAAT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County have been advised by the
Grant County Planning Commission that a public hearing was conducted on July 5, 1995 on the matter of
approving a Plat Alteration on Lot 7, Wiser Commercial Park Plat in a portion of Section 24, Township 19 North,
Range 28 East, W.M. and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have given notice this matter would be
considered at their regular meeting on August 7, 1995.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have upheld the Finding of Fact of the Grant
County Planning Commission stating the proposed use is consistent with the requirements of the present zoning
district.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have conditioned approval of the plat alteration
on the requirement to release the irrigation water allotment presently on this property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners for Grant
County, Washington by this Resolution, approve the Plat Alteration on the property described below:
Lot 7, Wiser Commercial Park Plat in a portion of the Northwest quarter of Section 24, Township 19
North, Range 28 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington. Site consists of approximately 3.05 acres.
