RESOLUTION NO. 95-150—CC
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE
COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County have been advised by the
Grant County Planning Commission that a public hearing was conducted on October 4, 1995 on the matter of
changing the zoning from GENERAL -COMMERCIAL to RESIDENTIAL -2 in a portion of said Section 25,
Township 22 North, Range 26 East W.M. and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having said recommendation, has given notice
this matter would be considered at a Public Meeting on November 7, 1995.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the proposal meets the current
use of the area.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the proposal is compatible with
other similar zonings districts in the area.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the property is a previously
platted residential type subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners for Grant
County, Washington, does, by this Resolution, amend the Grant County Comprehensive Plan and Official Zoning
Map for Grant County to the effect that the following described property shall henceforth be zoned as
RESIDENTIAL -2:
Lots 3 and 4, Block 1; Lakeview Park Plat located in a portion of Section 25, Township 22 North,
Range 26 East W.M., Grant County, Washington.
