GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NUMBER 95- 147 -CC
WHEREAS, the Grant County Noxious Weed Control Board has requested the
Board of County Commissioners to determine the assessments for funding the 1996
budget of the Grant County Noxious Weed Control Board, and
WHEREAS, before said assessments can be approved, a public hearing shall be
held at which time any taxpayer can appear and be heard for or against the proposed
assessments; and
WHEREAS, the assessments are subject to the consideration by the Board of
County Commissioners;
NOW, THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board of County
Commissioners will consider the recommended assessments at a public hearing on
November 28,1995 at 1:30 p.m. in the offices of the Grant County Commissioners, Grant
County Courthouse, Ephrata,WA.
