WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION ADOPTING
PLANNING COMMISSION
RECOMMENDATION

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County have been
advised by the Grant County Planning Commission that a public hearing was conducted on June
7, 1995 on the matter of approving the `BEDROCK' PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT a
35.47 acre subdivision into 94 lots in a portion of the West half of the Northeast quarter of
Section 2, Township 21 North, Range 26 East, W.M. and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have set a public hearing for
July 17, 1995.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have conditioned approval of
the proposed zone change on developer meeting all applicable requirements of the Washington
State Department of Transportation.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have conditioned approval of
the proposed zone change on developer meeting all applicable requirements of the Grant County
Health District for septic systems.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have conditioned approval of
the proposed zone change on developer meeting all applicable requirements of the Washington
State Department of Health for locating and operating the water system.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have conditioned approval of
the proposed zone change on developer meeting all applicable requirements of the Grant County
Public Works Department.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have conditioned approval of
the proposed zone change on developer meeting all applicable requirements of the Grant County
Fire Flow Guidelines.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have upheld the findings of the
Grant County Planning Commission that the proposal meets the requirements of the Grant County
Zoning Ordinance.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the proposal is
consistent with the Grant County Comprehensive Plan.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found the proposal is
consistent with the Growth Management Act.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that a Determination
of Non -Significance has been issued for this proposal.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the proposal is
in compliance with the Grant County Resource Lands and Critical Areas Development Ordinance.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant County, Washington by this Resolution approve the `Bedrock' Planned
Unit Development on the property described below:
